Our policies are designed to guide you, ensuring that your apps and mobile games are safely enjoyed by billions of people worldwide. This webinar talked about the latest updates to the Google Play Policies, including:
- New policies for hostile downloaders, Android emojis, and social apps and features for kids and families.
- Updated policies for monetization and ads for kids and families, subscriptions, and more.
- An overview of policy compliance deadlines, the first of which is on December 1 with the enforcement of the updated Inappropriate Content and Sexual Content policies.
We also deep-dived into the policies governing the Designed for Families program. We covered requirements such as app content and functionality, ads, data practices, augmented reality (AR), legal compliance, and more.Our team also answered questions about filling out the Data safety form, which is now available in Play Console.
